Our story began with two friends who wanted to break free from their sedentary desk jobs and embrace more active lifestyles. Through regular physical activity and movement, they found community, learned to set and achieve goals, and formed habits that positively impacted almost every area of their lives.
Active Saturdays was created to promote this lifestyle, and create a movement focused on community and exercise. Whether that means going on a run, taking your dog on a walk, playing a round of golf, or even just going to the park and taking in some sun. We believe that community and exercise are two pillars to a joyful life.
It doesn't matter what your active Saturday looks like or who you do it with, it just matters that you have one. Because we believe that sunshine & friends make you happy.
